YARN DYEING UNIT (Tarapur, India)


The Unit boasts a capacity of 43 lac kgs p.a. and is spread over a leased land of 40,565 sq. meters on MIDC long term basis ending on 2071. The machines are imported from Fongs, Lorris Bellini and can serve a variety of yarn qualities like 100 % cotton, cotton/polyester blends, 100% polyester filament yarns, viscose, cotton viscose blends and other yarns. Its strategic locations allows for sea discharge of effluent waste making it environmentally viable.

DYEING AND PROCESSING UNITS (Tarapur, India)

The C-3 Unit covers 46,250 sq meters of space and is on long term MIDC lease ending in 2074. Its processing capacity 390 lac meters p.a. The E-25 unit is spread over 20,000 sq. meters with is MIDC long term lease ending in 2081. Its capacity is 336 lac meters p.a. The units process fabrics ranging from 100% cotton to 100 % polyester. The in house laboratory is well equipped with modern techniques to facilitate physical and chemical testing on fabrics. All machines are fully computerized and equipped with PLC control.

WEAVING UNITS (Tarapur, India)

The weaving unit is leased on MIDC long term up to 2081 and is spread over 7,800 sq. mts. The C 2 weaving capacity is 300 lac meters p.a. and that of E-33 unit is 84 lac meters p.a. Two types of shuttle less weaving looms are used. Air jet looms from Picanol and Toyota and Rapier looms from Picanol and Gamex. The C-2 unit has 159 Airjet and 128 Rapier looms and the E -33 unit has 76 Airjet looms.

GARMENTING UNIT
(Bengaluru and Baramati, India)

The E-132 unit is leased on MIDC upto 2104 and covers 17,574 sq. mts.
Its capacity is 20 lac pieces p.a.
In Bengaluru there are four units out of which one is owned and the other three are on short term lease.
The Bengaluru units have a capacity of 36 lac pieces p.a.
